Pumpkin Art on the Avenue

Behind the Oak Bay Municipal Hall, 2167 Oak Bay Avenue, Victoria BC
Oak Bay Village is now the home of Pumpkin Art! Hundreds and hundreds of carved pumpkins will be displayed behind the Oak Bay Municipal Hall featuring the likes of local personalities, cartoon characters, the Royal Family, the Beatles and more. Admission is by donation and the proceeds benefit the Oak Bay Kiwanis Eliminate Project, which aims to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus. Pumpkin Art is open from 5pm to 9 pm beginning the Friday the week prior to Halloween. The Pumpkin Art display is open until 10 pm on October 31.
Businesses in Oak Bay Village will be holding the fifth annual merchant carving contest.
Pumpkins will be displayed in shop windows.

Oak Bay Village businesses will host a trick or treat from 2 pm to 5 pm on Tuesday, October 31.
Participating businesses are identified by a pumpkin poster in their window.
Oak Bay Avenue is closed for Trick or Treat
and families are invited to enjoy music and spooky entertainment.
Trick or treat is followed by a Bonfire in Fireman’s Park, 1703 Monterey (next to the fire hall) at 6:00 p.m.
Pumpkin Art on the Avenue features hundreds of pumpkin carvings set up in themes featuring Canadian Idols, cartoon characters, prime ministers, presidents, TV shows, the royal family, sixties icons, CBC history and more!
