WELCOME TO VICTORIA, BC
Victoria and Vancouver Island has so much to offer a visitor… how do you know where to go and what to do while you’re visiting here?
In our own travels over the years, we’ve found the best way to find interesting things to do and out-of-the way places to go is to ask a local for their advice. This website is intended to be just that! Imagine that you’re a tourist in Victoria, sitting down for a coffee with local, long-time residents who are willing to share their wealth of knowledge with you! That’s us!
With this website we hope to provide you with a comprehensive travel experience about all things Victoria, British Columbia has to offer – including things you may not find anywhere else – along with ‘recommended’ places and events (keep an eye out for the ? symbol – that means it’s definitely worth checking out!).
We’ve created it in with RV’ers in mind – but the information isn’t just limited to strictly the RV crowd. And we share not only our knowledge of the fun stuff like where to go, what to do, where to eat and where to stay while in Victoria… but all the basic necessities a tourist might need as well: where to go in a medical emergency, where to do your banking, where to buy liquor and groceries, transportation and parking, where to get your vehicle repaired and on and on.
We help you with all of that as well as provide maps and links to other sites you might find useful. If you don’t find specifically what you’re looking for, please feel free to email and ask. Also come back often as the site is constantly being up-dated and things added or deleted when we find new stuff to tell you about.
Whether you’re a tourist in Victoria, visiting in your RV… or whether you live in Victoria and want to find new places to explore… we hope this site helps you enjoy this beautiful city and all it has to offer!
So come for a visit… stay for a while…
and come back often!
