Fol Epi Organic Bread and Pastry101 – 398 Harbour Rd. (at Dockside Green)

House milled organic grains baked in a wood fired brick oven.

Their breads are amazing … but their pastries are out of this world!  So good it’s worth going off your diet just to try them!  Highly recommend!  They also make sandwiches that are superb.  It’s housed together with a wonderful coffee shop – Caffee Fantastico – how perfect is that!

Hours:  7 days a week 7:30 – 6

Bubby Rose Bakery & Cafe – 1022 Cook St.

Breads, cakes, pastries, pies, muffins, cookies and a cafe featuring fresh soups, sandwiches & pizza baked daily.  Many gluten-free items.

Hours:  Mon – Fri 7-6, Sat 7:30-6, Sun 8-5

Wildfire Bakery – 1517 Quadra St.

All ingredients are Canadian grown, either locally – using sustainable farming methods or certified organic.

Dutch Bakery & Coffee Shop – 718 Fort St.

Serving breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea with a huge variety of pastries, cookies, cakes and more.

Hours:  Mon – Sat 7:30-5:30 Closed Sunday

Bond Bond’s Bakery – 1010 Blanshard

In addition to bread, they bake a variety of sweet things and toss in a few savouries as well! Every morning you’ll find an assortment of muffins, scones, cinnamon buns, sticky buns, cheese buns, brioche buns and the occasional baker’s creation to start off your day.

Ottavio Italian Bakery & Deli – 2272 Oak Bay Ave

Their cakes, pastries & cookies are all made from our family recipes dating to the 1920’s in Torino, Italy.

Cascadia Bakery – 1812 Government St.

Breakfast, Pizza, Sandwiches, Vegan and Vegetarian
Hours:  Mon – Fri 7-5, Sat 8-5, Sun 9-4

Willie’s Cafe & Bakery – 537 Johnson St.

Willie’s Cafe & Bakery is housed in a handsome Victorian building near Market Square in Old Town Victoria.
They make all our meals with local and organic ingredients including free-run eggs, freshly squeezed OJ (yes the real thing!) and organic fair trade coffee.

The French Oven Bakery – in the Hudson Public Market 1701 Douglas St.

We offer Victoria’s residents a chance to come and try quality products like Croissants, Baguettes, and Brioches, like you would find in France. You may find “Croissants” everywhere, but not like the authentic French pastry we offer….Featuring breads, croissant & brioche.

We produce bread, buns, ciabattas, sausage rolls, meat pies, sweets, donuts, birthday and special occasion cakes. We currently have over 150 items on our price list.
