Victoria has an abundance of  Chinese restaurants.

Here are some suggestions for you:

Chinatown (Fisgard St.)

There is approximately a dozen Chinese restaurants on Fisgard Street between Store St. & Government Street.  A number of them offer Dim Sum during lunchtime, some are noodle houses, some seafood … some bakeries …  and very few have websites.  Your best bet is wander the street, look at the menus on the window and then look them up on either Trip Advisor or Yelp.
