There’s no need to give up yoga practice when visiting Victoria.

There are many Yoga studios in Victoria.  Here is a listing of ones I found that advertise drop-in classes:

1.  Moskana Yoga Centre – #500 – 3 Fan Tan Alley

MokSana Yoga Center offers drop-in yoga classes in a variety of traditional styles and levels (from restorative to advanced) in a safe and nurturing environment where students can explore body, breath, mind and spirit.

2.  Victoria Yoga – various locations – check website has been around for almost 10 years. We have been delivering yoga services in Victoria BC, Vancouver, and Vancouver Island.

3.  One Yoga – #201 – 239 Menzies

We are a vinyasa studio in Victoria and we believe that steady practice will lift one to the heights of yoga. The One Yoga community offers a supportive, encouraging environment inviting all to open your eyes and look within.

4.  Hemma Yoga – 1274 May St.

At hemma, yoga begins, but does not end, with asana practice. We celebrate the many forms of asana by offering a variety of styles and levels and a schedule that accommodates early morning through evening practices. All ages and abilities are welcomed.

5.  Iyengar Yoga Centre of Victoria – #202 – 9919 Fort St.

Founded in 1976, the Iyengar Yoga Centre of Victoria is a registered charity and not-for-profit, dedicated to encouraging the physical, mental, and spiritual growth of our members through the study and discipline of Iyengar Yoga. The Centre offers one of the most comprehensive programs of Iyengar Yoga in North America. Our classes are taught by experienced and well-trained teachers.
