Lots of fantastic local beers on tap, specialty VQA wines and locally distilled spirits, as well as a wonderful Italian inspired menu of pizzas and tapas, and some wonderful seasonal seafood. The Lido Deck is one of the largest on the Inner Harbour and enjoys more hours of direct sunshine than any other in the area.

Ferris’ Oyster Bar Grill & Garden Patio – 536 Yates St.?

Ferris’ Oyster Bar & Grill opened its doors on the 4th of February, 1991. Its original name was Ferris’ Oyster and Burger Bar Restaurant. This name embodied the simplicity of the early menu: a focus on oysters and simple grill food. Although this proved to be popular, it was soon discovered that that was not enough. Ferris’ menu has greatly expanded and consequently, a name change seemed appropriate. Today, Ferris’ Grill & Garden patio (as the main floor is called), features a diverse array of fine foods, ranging from burgers, to pastas & fresh seafood, and of course, oysters!

Ferris’ Upstairs Oyster Bar is the extension of the Ferris’ feel, with a more up-scale menu.  Upstairs (as it is sometimes known) features deeply coloured wooden floors and rich brick walls accented by candlelight – all of which is supported by a great wine list, the best in fresh seafood from our local waters, and premium steaks from Alberta.  It’s a great place to lounge and enjoy what Vancouver Island has to offer.

Med Grill Restaurant – 4512 W. Saanich Rd. (a bit of a drive from downtown but one of my favorite patios in town!)?

Our wrap-around patio is the perfect place for that summer getaway in the sunshine with a glass of our award winning Sangria. Or, enjoy an intimate dining experience amongst the sheltering trees and roaring heat lamps at nightfall.

Glo Restaurant & Grill – #104 – 2940 Jutland Rd.??

Glo Restaurant and Lounge offers unparalleled views of the Selkirk Waterway minutes from Downtown. The interior is comprised of floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the waterway and offers a sleek & modern design with inviting booths and plenty of seating at our 360° bar.

This is as close as you can get to Victoria’s ‘Inner Harbour’ without getting wet, featuring cozy blankets for cool evenings and an amazing view of the Selkirk Waterway and Trestle. Whether at brunch, lunch, dinner or late night, there’s always something to enjoy on our patio on the Harbour.
