Ferry service is daily through BC Ferries and most leave from the ferry terminal at Swartz Bay (Sidney) . For some of the more out-of-the-way islands – check their website for sailing times for each particular island.

Most of the other islands are smaller and not as geared to tourists. They’re still worthy of a look, including: Saturna (vineyards and a few shops and crafts), Mayne (cool lighthouse), and Pender (be aware there’s a North Pender and a South Pender Island!) with some good walking trails.
